5. The following are discounts of packages. However, PWD/ Senior citizen/ Employees/ Stockholder's discounts and all other government mandated discounts are not applicable in conjunction with these promotional packages

1. A doctor's order is necessary to proceed with the basics endoscopy packages with PF, without it, you cannot avail of the package. 

2. Go to the admission department to get all the information regarding the basic endoscopy packages with PF, including what it covers, cost, and any preparatory steps needed.

3. After getting the details, proceed to the Operating Room/ Delivery Room Department. Here, you will get a charge slip ( a document detailing the costs) and arrange the date and time for your procedure(s).

4. Take the charge slip to the cashier and make the payment. Keep the receipt as you will need to show it to the OR/DR department when you go for your scheduled procedure.

You need to consult a gastroenterologist affiliated with Bicutan Medical Center to determine if you need the procedures. if you don't have a doctor yet, contact the hospital's   information department to schedule a consultation and obtain  the doctor's order
